On May 30, 1967, God gave life to Rodney Middlebrook and on February 16, 2018, He saw fit to receive this life back to HIM. Mr. Rodney Middlebrook was born in Jackson, Tennessee and was the son of Jearline Chaney and Maclin Middlebrook. Rodney Middlebrook was a 1985 graduate of Jackson Central Merry High School. Upon completing his high school education, he joined the United States Marine Corps, where he was a Supply Administration and Operations Clerk from July 1985 to April 1989. He began his military career in Okinawa, Japan and finished his time of service in Quantico, Virginia. On April 24, 1992, Rodney joined in wedlock with Ms. Candace Freeman. From this union came two beautiful daughters, Cherelle Symone Middlebrook, age 25 and Sydney Victoria Middlebrook, age 21. Rodney was employed with Conalco/Ormet Aluminum from 1990-2009. He later pursued a career with Toyota-Bodine Aluminum, where he was a team inspector from 2010 until his health began to fail. His interest included watching and playing baseball, watching movies, reading and writing. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Lucille Middlebrook and Roosevelt and Mattie Chaney. In his passing, he leaves to cherish his memories, two daughters, Cherelle and Sydney Middlebrook; two grandchildren, Cheyenne and Cail Middlebrook; his parents, Jearline Middlebrook and Maclin Middlebrook (Rose Donahue), all of Jackson, TN; a sister, Gloria (Billy) McKinney of Jackson, TN; one brother, Willie Dean (Shonda) Middlebrook of Oakfield, TN; a sister, Brenda (Carlton) Sneed of Austin, TX; two special nephews, Desmond Savage of San Antonio, TX and Wanya Middlebrook of Oakfield, TN; a close family friend, Andrew Dale Nunnally, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
