Felicia Lanita Farr-Fuller known to many as “Tee, Tee-Tucker, Farr, Farr-Fuller, Ms. Farr, Mrs. Farr-Fuller, Triple F, and FFF” was born in Jackson, Tennessee on December 24, 1960 to the late Wade Chatman and the late Amanda E. Bridgman-Farr. She was baptized into the fellowship of the Salem Missionary Baptist Church at a young age where she served as Sunday School Teacher, Youth Advisor, Vacation Bible School Director, Purchasing Agent, Office Assistant, a member of the Business Team, and the coordinator of all the Christmas games yearly. She was educated in the Jackson City School System and graduated from Jackson Central-Merry High School in 1979. She continued her education in Business Management at the University of Tennessee at Martin in Martin, TN. She received her Masters Degree in Education from Freed-Hardeman University in Henderson, TN and her Endorsement-Masters Degree in Library Media Science from Union University in Jackson, TN. In 1994, Felicia began her career with the Jackson-Madison School System, strengthening the minds of the children placed in her care. She was the Library Media Specialist at Jackson Careers and Technology School. Felicia was an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc, where she once served as Parliamentarian. She served on the following committees and worked under each committee assisting with different activities and events: Delta Academy and Delta G.E.M.S., Founders Day, Membership Services, Mental and Physical Health, Education, and Miss Bronze West TN Scholarship Pageant. She attended Southern Regional Conferences and Tennessee Clusters. Felicia had a compassionate and generous heart. She did not mind turning over her time and would assist any committee to complete its tasks. She truly believed that Delta Sigma Theta is a lifetime commitment. Jackson-Madison County Education Association (JMCEA), National Education Association (NEA), Tennessee Education Association (TEA), and the treasurer for Madison County 4-H. Felicia was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Maurice A. Farr, and a granddaughter, Rayonia R. Cox. She leaves to cherish her memories, her husband Troy Fuller. Her two daughters as she called them, her beginning JuQuita L. Cox and her end, Amanda E. Fuller. her two grandchildren: Thaddeus J. Parks and Ivy S. “Granny Girl” Prince; six sisters: Barbara J. Woods of Bronx, NY, Shirley A. Watson of Tacoma, WA, Veda C. (Charles) Whitfield of Jackson, TN, Donna Y. Frazier of Boston, MA, Sarita R. Poston, Shawn F. Farr, and Shirlise D. Herron all of Jackson, TN; one brother, Booker T. (Jacqueline) Farr, a sister-in-law, Cleo Farr, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
