Mr. Charles Lucas Taylor

January 8, 1969 - February 4, 2022

Charles Lucas Taylor was born on January 8, 1969 in Jackson, Tennessee to Mary Taylor and the late Curtis Taylor, Sr. He transitioned to his heavenly home on Friday, February 4, 2022. He dedicated his life to Christ at an early age. He had a personal relationship with God and believed that he was his Lord and Savior. He received his education in the Jackson-Madison County School System. He loved hanging out with his Fox Street family and friends. He became a Certified Chef and made a successful career of it until his health began to fail. He enjoyed sports, traveling, family gatherings, landscaping and cooking. He was preceded in death by his father: Curtis Taylor, Sr.; sister: Eula Vee Nichols; brother: Terry Taylor and Curtis Taylor, Jr.; maternal grandparents and paternal grandparents. He leaves to cherish his precious memories his mother: Mary Taylor; wife: Shamica Taylor; three daughters: Courtney, Kaylin, and SeQuoia; one sister: Vanessa Washington; two brothers: Joe (Letoya) Taylor and Roger (Nikki) Taylor; one granddaughter: Legacy “Muffin” Anderson all of Jackson, Tennessee and host of in-laws, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
