Ms. Beverly A. McLin

January 30, 1957 - February 8, 2022

Beverly Ann McLin was born January 30, 1957, to Bill McLin and Mary Ella Crawley McLin in Crockett County, TN. She departed this life on Tuesday February 8, 2022 in her home. Miss Beverly, as she loved to be called was born and raised in Alamo and Bells, TN and grew up at the St. Luke COGIC where her mom and dad were faithful members. She attended Crockett County school system. She was a very quiet, shy, and respectful person and beloved by her community and the matriarchs of the family. She later gave her life to the Lord at an early age at her home church and served there most of her saved and sanctified life in various roles, as Sunday School, YPWW, and especially the choir. She was a singer in her own right and a praiser. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother: R.C. McLin and her daughter: Latonya Jones and others. She leaves to cherish three children: Trenton Koonce (Wendy) of Humboldt, TN Jermaine McLin of Denmark,TN and her baby girl, Rebecca Ann McLin Mann (Eddie) of Dyersburg, TN. One beloved grandson: Dexter James Cooper; four brothers: Billy McLin of Las Vegas, NV; Bobby Joe McLin of Florida, Gerald Wayne McLin and Joel McLin both of Bells, TN; two sisters: Linda Sue Dortch of Milwaukee, WI and Mary McLin of Corpus Christie, TX.; one aunt: Emma Lou Crawley of Ripley, TN and cousin: Obelia Hardy of Memphis TN. A host of nieces, nephews, beloved cousins, friends and devoted godchildren: Carol Phinnessee, Felicia Dennis and Nicholas Matthews.
