Mrs. Augusta McGee Hoyle

Mrs. Augusta McGee, Hoyle was born August 14, 1935 to the late Johnny Maholmes and Ozie Bell Lee Maholmes in Denmark, Tennessee. Mrs. Hoyle departed this earthly life suddenly on Tuesday, June 19, 2012 at the Jackson Madison County General Hospital after an extended illness. Mrs. Hoyle professed her faith in Christ at an early age and joined Denmark Baptist Church in Denmark, Tennessee and later joined Blairs Chapel C.M.E. Church in Jackson, Tennessee. Mrs. Hoyle was a dedicated and faithful member. Mrs. Hoyle served faithful on the Missionary board for several years until her illness prohibited her from her duties. Mrs. Hoyle loved cooking and cleaning for her family and friends, working outside in her garden. She loved playing outside with her grandchildern which was basketball and baseball. Mrs. Hoyle was a devoted house wife and mother. Mrs. Hoyle could sooth away the problems of a child in words that only a child would understand. Mrs. Hoyle was a joy to be around as a mother, sister, and friend.Mrs. Hoyle was a woman of extreme strength, courage and love. A woman who was beautiful inside and out, soft tone and now as peaceful and free as a dove. Mrs. Hoyle was a woman that truly loves the lord, shows right from wrong and points the way to God. She preceded in the death two husbands, James Anthony McGee, Richard Hoyle. A daughter Mary Louise, who died at the age of eight months. One son Foster Columbus Maholmes. Her sisters: Zula Mae, Jannie Ruth, Dorothy. Her Brothers; Bobby, Johnny Mack, Edward, Roosevelt, Alonzo and Glenn. Four Step-Children: Inez McGee, Hattie McGee, Willelene McGee, and Auther Allen McGee. She leaves to cherish for memory: Six daughters, Peggy Fuller(Thomas) of Jackson, TN, Pricilla Maholmes ( Delbert) of Jackson, TN, Ozzie McGee (Thomas) Duffula of Murfreessburo,TN, Earline McGee of Denmark ,TN Gerelene McGee, Owens ( Willie) of Jackson,TN and Augusta Maire McGee Jones ( Lenorad) of Jackson, TN. Four sons, Alexander Maholmes, Alexis Maholmes, of Jackson,TN Franklin Roosevelt McGee, James Lonell McGee, (Anglea) of Oklahoma, Oklahoma. Six step children: Angela McGee, Vivian McGee, Robert McGee, James McGee, Wilburt McGee, and Richard McGee. Five sisters, Pearline Sanders of Chicago,Illinios, Eloise ( Charles) of Chicago, Illinois,Thelma Givens, Linda ( Odell), Patricia (Robert) all of Jackson, Tennessee; twenty-two grand children and twenty-six great grand children. A host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
